1. Nature of service

ViRi provides coordination and facilitation services. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, ViRi does not act as a medical provider, law firm, accounting firm, engineering firm, real-estate broker, courier, airline, emergency service or government authority.

2. Scope confirmation

Each request is subject to feasibility, authority, location, timing, safety, vendor availability and applicable law. The scope, estimated costs and any third-party fees should be confirmed before execution.

3. Third-party providers

ViRi may coordinate independent vendors and professionals. Their licensed work, professional advice and warranties remain their responsibility under their own terms and applicable law.

4. Customer responsibility

Customers must provide accurate information, lawful instructions, required authorisations and timely approvals. ViRi may refuse requests that are unsafe, unlawful, misleading or outside our service scope.

5. Payments and expenses

Service fees, vendor fees, travel costs, government fees, courier costs or other expenses may apply. Payment terms should be confirmed before the relevant task begins.

6. No emergency response

ViRi is not a 24/7 emergency service. Emergencies must be directed to local emergency services, hospitals, police, fire services or appropriate authorities.

7. Limitations

Physical visits and coordination can document visible conditions and actions taken, but cannot guarantee future property condition, third-party performance, government processing time, courier delivery, airline decisions or professional outcomes.

8. Confidentiality

ViRi aims to handle customer information responsibly and according to our Privacy Policy, while recognising that service delivery may require sharing relevant details with approved third parties.

9. Website content

Website information is general and may change. It should not be treated as legal, tax, medical, immigration, engineering or investment advice.

10. Governing terms

Final legal terms should be reviewed and localised by qualified counsel before commercial launch. Specific engagement terms may override general website terms where agreed in writing.
