Where we currently serve
ViRi is headquartered in Hyderabad and our current property-visit operations are focused on Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Availability for a specific location is confirmed before a plan is started.
What ViRi is — and is not
ViRi provides scheduled visits, visibility, updates and coordination. We are not a security agency, land surveyor, legal title verifier, property valuer or engineering consultant. Whenever a matter requires specialist advice or formal verification, we help coordinate with the appropriate qualified professional.

What kinds of properties can ViRi visit?
Our focus is open plots, vacant land, farm land, agricultural fields and similar properties where an NRI wants regular on-ground visibility.
Can I choose how often my property is visited?
Yes. Current plans include 2 visits per month per location, 4 visits per month per location, and customised plans depending on the number of properties, locations and required frequency.
Do you operate across all of India?
Not currently for property visits. Our present service area is Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, with operations coordinated from Hyderabad.
What if the visit identifies a problem?
We share what was observed and, if requested, help coordinate the right local vendor or qualified professional for the next step. Specialist conclusions remain with the appropriate licensed professional.
